Heritage Fire Tour 2023

I have NEVER heard of this event before, but I had a time!! This NYC stop for the Heritage Fire Tour was held at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. It is a 14 City event where you taste dishes from local chefs and vote for the best to become the Heritage Hero. You get to sample unlimited amounts as well as drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike) before voting. I attended with VIP entry and ate until I couldn’t eat anymore. 

It was a beautiful day for this outside event and I def had my faves that I voted for. Ultimately after dancing to the Electric & Cha Cha Slides the winners were announced. Congrats to the Deer’s Head Inn on their win with their Cheesy Dack-Ita Crunch. I hope this event returns next year as it is definitely a great way to discover local eateries.
