Dove Love
Remember that box full of Dove products I received to try out? Well I conducted a trial about two weeks long and now I am here to tell you all about the goodies!
I received two packs of Dove Purely Pampering Beauty Bars, one set was shea butter scented and the other was for sensitive skin. I also received a bottle of their Deep Moisture Body Wash and a bottle of their Body Wash Mousse with Coconut Oil. I definitely was not expecting all of this in a sample product box, so I was ecstatic to try these products out and then review for you guys.
The first product I put to the test was the Dove Purely Pampering Beauty Bar in Shea butter. I figured for this test that since I had the same product with different scents that I would just try one bar out. I did however smell the sensitive bar and it had a light scent which I assume would be appreciated by people who deal with sensitive skin. The shea butter scented bar was amazing, now if you know me I loveeee shea butter products even my lotion includes that feature. I enjoyed coming out of the shower and still smelling the product on me before I lathered on my lotion. Sliding into bed at night was very satisfying as I was enveloped in the smell of shea butter.
The next product that I tried out was the Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash and where can you go wrong? After using last week my skin felt silky and smooth fresh out of the shower, it was mentioned that there would be softer skin after one shower, I don’t know if all it took was one but by the end of the week I did feel a difference. I appreciated the iight scent of the product, but I enjoyed the neutral smell none the less and after some research I discovered that this body wash does come in a sensitive skin version as well as shea butter with warm vanilla body wash. After trying out this product I will be adding the shea butter body wash to my shopping cart (lol call me the Shea Butter Queen). Before I move ahead to the next product, I just wanted to give you a bit of facts about this body wash:

Lastly probably my fave product in the box is also one of the newest from the brand, the Dove Body Wash Mousse. As mentioned above I received the Coconut Oil infused bottle of mousse but there are also two other scents in the collection, Argan Oil and Rose Oil. Out of the collection I am happy that I received the bottle infused with coconut oil since Summer is upon us and coconut is the perfect vacay scent. When spraying this body wash its texture is like any other mousse product but the coconut scent helps you remember those days of laying out on the beach. There is actually a really cool aspect of scratching and sniffing the bottle before buying so you can see which bottle out of the collection is the perfect fit. Besides this being a body wash this product is also perfect for shaving and trust me, I did test this out and I had a smooth shaving session last week and still ended up smelling so good. Based on my trial, I do think I will probably use this product solely for shaving and keep using the deep moisture body wash as my main.
